Ingredients:-
(1) Basmati rice – 4 cups
(2) Germinated soya bean cooked with salt – 1 cup
(3) Button mushroom cut neatly – 1 cup
(4) chopped pieces of carrot – ½ cup
(5) chopped pieces of beans – ¼ cup
(6) chopped pieces of spinach – ¼ cup
(7) sun flower oil – 1 table spoon
(8) Vegetable cube – 1 (powdered)
(9) Pepper powder – as required
(10) salt – adjust to taste
(11) chopped garlic – 3 tea spoon
Method of preparation Soya Coon Rice Soya Mushroom Rice
Pour oil to a heated pan and roast garlic in that. When smell of roasted garlic comes, add beans, mushroom and carrot and roast them. Then add spinach leaves and when the leaves get roasted pour tomato juice and boil. When it gets thick, add the cooked soya bean. Then add basmati rice, pepper powder, vegetable cube and salt one by one and stir well. Stop heating, keep the vessel closed for 10 minutes and then take out and serve hot.
