Mulaku Bajji Chilly Bajji Ingredients:-
(1) bajji chilly – 25
(2) gram flour – as required
Chilly powder – as required
Soda powder, salt – as required
(3) oil – sufficient to fry
Method of preparation Mulaku Bajji Chilly Bajji
Wash the chilly and cut it vertically without detaching the end portion. Keep the chilly pieces immersed in salty water for some time.
Mix the ingredients under (2) together and make the mixture a loose paste with water. Dip the chilly pieces in the mixture and fry them in boiling oil in a pan. Take out and serve.
