Mutta Vada Egg Vada Ingredients:-
(1) egg – 3
(2) gram flour – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 piece
Green chilly – 5
Cumin seed – I tea spoon
Salt – to taste
(3) coconut oil – 150 grams
Mutta Vada Egg Vada Method of preparation
Boil the egg. Grind all items under (2) to get a fine paste. Cut the egg into two pieces. Pack each part of egg with the mixture uniformly. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry the vada in the boiling oil and take out.
